Bought a Primary game and can’t wait to play? These steps take under 5 minutes.
Steps

From the home screen choose your profile icon → "Add User" → "Get Started" and sign in with the email and password you received.

Go to Settings → Users and Accounts → Other → Console Sharing and Offline Play and press Enable.

Open the Library from the account user and download the game.

Switch back to your own user and play — online and offline.

Add a new user and sign in with the details you received.

Do NOT enable Console Sharing — leave it as is.

Download the game from the Library and play from this user only, with the console online.

At the login screen choose New User → Create a User and sign in.

Settings → Account Management → Activate as Your Primary PS4 → Activate.

Download the game from the Library, switch back to your user and play.

Add a new user and sign in with the details you received.

Do NOT activate as Primary.

Download the game and play from this user with the console online.
Never change the email, password or enable 2-step verification on the account — it voids the warranty.
Important tips
- Never change the password or email.
- After activation, play from your own profile.
