When you buy a digital game as an account you’ll see two options: Primary and Secondary. Both are 100% original PlayStation Store games — the difference is how you play and the price.

Primary account
You add the account we deliver to your console and activate it as the primary console, then go back to playing from your own profile. The game works for every user on the console, online and offline, with trophies and saves on your account.
- Best if you are the only player or want everyone at home to play.
- Play even when the internet is down.
Secondary account
You play from the user we provide, and the console must be online while playing. The game works on that user only — at a much lower price.
- Best if you want to save and your console is always online.
- Do not enable “Console Sharing” on a secondary account.
Which one should I pick?
Want full freedom and offline play → Primary. Want the lowest price and you’re always online → Secondary. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help.
Warranty terms
The warranty covers the whole usage period as long as you don’t change the email, password or account details and don’t enable 2-step verification. See the activation guide and warranty policy.
